Pros
You get paid for 8 hours of work and only have to do about 1 hour of work every day. Many of the people are pleasant to work with. You can do your own thing all day. Incredible work-life balance. I don't think anyone here knows what a PIP is. Top management does not manage--you can get away with almost anything.
Cons
Almost all of the reviews that approve of the CEO are because HR requested that current employees pad the stats on Glassdoor. The base salary is practically poverty levels. Commission and bonus calculations are opaque and can change without notice. The company still actively requests that you do not talk about compensation with your coworkers. HR is incompetent at best and intentionally exposing the company to lawsuits at worst--they will try their best to sweep conduct infractions under the rug instead of dealing with them. Top management is aware of rumors regarding problematic employees and will not do anything to correct the bad behavior. You will hear things like "that's just how [they are]" or "don't get on [person's] bad side". This company cannot attract and retain young talent. Most of the employees here are near, at, or past retirement age. Those that are past retirement age continue working here because the money is so easy. Once everyone retires, so goes the company. No sales training for new AMs. There is zero upward mobility potential. This company doesn't even exist on RepVue.
