Pros
It doesn't take so much to get a job @ M3. They will take people without too much experience. If you learn how to do your job, expect to learn more as they like to move people around a lot. You get good health insurance/dental benefits after 90 days. 1 week paid vacation per year. You can ask for days off that aren't paid as well, you just need permission.
Cons
Not as much work to do, pretty likely that you will end up with your hands in your pockets just standing around waiting for stuff to do, which can be difficult at times you're trying to fulfill your shift. Bonuses are kind of light as well.
