Very healthy work culture and employee environment. Prioritizes health. Comfy office that encourages productivity. Does not encourage working overtime. HR & Admin is also active L&D initiatives, making their employee engagement top-notch.
Cons
Their salary offers can be improved. I was offerred the same rate as my previous. Colleagues have same experience, where they say the salary offers should be improved.
