Interesting projects, seems visionary, learnt a lot as projects seems state of the art, like no other, colleagues are helpful, all departments working together in a company, offers a lot of benefits to staff.
Cons
delayed salary, EPF & socso. supposedly to receive bonus, but was delayed until was asked to leave since company had major hiccups on financial state. spent a lot to look good on PR & marketing, but did not spend more on hiring experienced staff for state of the art projects.

Pros
Learned to be more careful about false promises, shady business tactics, and how to run a business into the ground.
Cons
See above. Worst part were the constantly delayed salaries, and with Malaysia's lax employment protection laws, they get away with it. They even delay paying off basic utilities like electricity and internet!
All decisions are made at the whims and fancies of the owners, regardless of what happens on the ground.
Turnover is expectedly, extremely high.
