Pros
Access to seeing patients independently but was such a horrible experience would not recommend it to my worst enemy!
Cons
They promise large income and a very busy clinic. This is not at all true! Most days you sit down with no patients and they do zero marketing to bring in new patients for you but constantly tell you that you arent making any money for them! They bring in patients with the cheap prices but then pressure you to get the patients to buy the expensive products which the patients do not like.
They have periods where they have massive sales and that is the only time your days are full-> they squash 3 patients into each 15 minute slot and it is then impossible to be on time as they are having more than one treatment. You then end up running very late (often 1-2 hours) and all the patients are upset. During sales you will have weeks of having no lunch break at all and you end up leaving hours late each day. The management does not care at all about their employees when you express concerns about not having a break for weeks.
Also they will pressure you to come into work when you arent well as all they care about is making money. They describe their employees as lab rats and say that they are easily replaceable. You know there is a major issue when 3 doctors leave in one year!
None of the management is based in the UK and they constantly ignore all your messages, which includes requests for leave, they frequently agree to your leave and then cancel it last minute.
As a doctor you are also expected to be accepting deliveries, moving boxes, having to transport products to different clinics, They constantly do not order products on time so you will often run out.
You are unable to leave before a year due to the contract saying you have to pay 10K for their training if you do-> trust me its not at all worth it-> everyone leaves after a year has gone which clearly speaks for itself!
