      Pros

      - Great training opportunities within the company and externally - Local decision making for loans and for direction and management - Very smart staff who worked very hard

      Cons

      - The work load was oppressive and management did not react fast enough - Basel III requirements became very challenging and workload tripled without additional staff to support. - Lower salaries than elsewhere available. Seemed out of touch with market in this regard.

      Pros

      Lots of smart people in technology organization. Solid pay for our area.

      Cons

      Hybrid is only WFH one day a week now. There's a Power BI document that tracks individual badge swipes. Large projects get smothered by quickly evolving requirements. We're on our 3rd revision of SDLC this year and it's June. The most productive teams get sucked into creating the latest design document requirement or process that was made up 10 minutes ago, in perpetuity. Unproductive teams ignore all new processes, keep failing, and no one bats an eye.
