The expectations given by management are unrealistic. There is a severe amount of pressure to be prefect and always anticipate the needs of not only customers, but other waiting staff. Pay can be docked at any moment. The management is passive aggressive. Breaks aren't given. There is a highschooler mentality among staff. If you aren't liked then expect to have rumors swirling between four different work environments. Management is often more rude to you then the actual customers who just want a nice, clean and fun dining experience. There isn't any room for you to grow within the company. Also, allegations and accusations of sexual harassment aren't taken seriously. If you experience aggression or discomfort your worries will be pushed aside.
