Coder - Medical Coder M*Modal Employee Review

MModal really started out great. Everything that was promised was fulfilled, however right now the company is only concerned with the bottom line. There are lay offs happening left and right and you don't feel like you have any real job security even if you are a high producing/high QA employee. Despite what you may see on job sites there is literally not enough work to go around at the moment and you really don't want to be benched because then your job is on the line. My advice for anyone out there looking for a job is stay away from here- a group of new hires were recently laid off.
