Pros

I've honestly loved working at M/H. The people are dynamite and the work is great. And the work-life balance is literally the best that I've experienced at any agency. Over time, the culture has shifted - I entered into a place that was fun-loving and honest, but maybe a lil cliquey (like every agency ever!!). Over my first year, and as more incredibly kind people were hired and nurtured, the M/H culture flourished. It is full of people who encourage passions, who love unique personalities and what makes other people tick. Different personalities are brought to the table at M/H: comedians, nerds, comic book lovers, food geeks/chefs, artists. There's such an array of talent and diverse people! M/H also has a variety of great clients, both AOR and project-based. You get a little bit of everything: luxury, food, products, gaming, etc. It's cool to see how the creatives can flex into all these different industries and begin to develop specialties.

Cons

Like any agency, folks can experience burnout. But I do think leadership has found ways to help people with that through culture activities (yoga/meditation, mental health days, etc).

- Absolutely FILTHY office - Non-responsive, unreliable, and rude IT department - Machines were always breaking, phones and projection systems regularly needed work - Uncomfortable working conditions - No air conditioning, noisy office - Constant music blaring and cramped desks - Not enough conference rooms - People were frequently asked to move desks or sit in really obscure places
