Pros
Great clients and the majority of people are incredibly kind. M Booth works hard to foster a great culture with perks like Summer Fridays, unlimited pto, and a hybrid working schedule. This is a great place to start your career. There is a work hard, play harder mindset and most people are there to do great work.
Cons
Incredibly cliquey with a mean girl culture. There are frequent random layoffs that result in team members simply disappearing. If you are not part of the 'in' crowd, forget it. You will not succeed at M Booth. This has been said in other reviews, but M Booth has a race problem. It is usually the women of color who are noticeably on the outside or pushed out. I will say I wasn't the victim of these, but they are impossible to miss. M Booth is perfect for a certain type of person.
