Pros
Company Car, Company Cell Phone.... That's about it
Cons
Management, customer service, HR and almost all in the "Home Office" are useless. I worked there for over a year and it was the longest year of my life! I was what they call a "District Manager", realistically a B2B salesman that cold calls and peddles crap that most consider overpriced and poor quality. Nothing ever ships right from the warehouse and 95% of the time if you are lucky enough for things to get put on the truck right you are guaranteed that it will be damaged by the time it reaches your customers loading dock. Now this comes as no surprise based on the people that work there. I was "lucky" enough to be taken on a tour of the ANCIENT facility (which I was stuck in for 4 days training) and between the moldy ceilings, shag carpeting and 1960 decor I was able to meet the warehouse staff. I think the warehouse was staffed with local drunks and halfway house tenants. Seriously if you are thinking about working here, keep looking! Otherwise, use the free company car, free company gas and drive around to other employers to interview. This place was and still is a joke. How they are in business is a mystery.. Oh wait they almost did close their doors this year under a BK, but they were bought at auction... What to go Washington's you ruined a 100+ year legacy,
