Pros

Some of the people there are very nice

Cons

Awkward working atmosphere. Had to work side-by-side for two months with a person I was told was being terminated. I had no warning when the termination occured. Inefficient workflow process. Management was unwilling to acknowledge the problems or take steps to resolve it. No formal performance review process exists. My “review” consisted of a two-paragraph summary of my job functions with no relevant feedback. Not recalled from the COVID-19 furlough due to “performance concerns”, despite having never received anything such as a verbal coaching, written performance improvement plan, verbal warning, or written warning. They have also refused to send me the personal belongings that I had in my office.

Pros

The biggest Pro is there is always a direct line to the boss. Open door no matter what level you are to either the Admin office, the Owner, or anyone in between. Lyon-Waugh was an amazing place to work.

Cons

Not all positions are this but since it's a car business you have to work some weekends, holidays, and so on but that varies per position..

Pros

The coworkers, the dealership structure and location.

Cons

Leadership lacks consistency, accountability, and professionalism. Support, guidance, and opportunities are not distributed fairly across the team and often depend on personal relationships rather than performance or merit. I witnessed clear favoritism, where certain advisors received significant accommodations and support from management, while others were left to navigate challenges with little to no guidance. This creates a toxic and frustrating work environment where expectations are unclear, standards are inconsistent, and employees are not set up to succeed unless they are part of the “inner circle.” If you're a current employee, keep your eyes peeled regarding Holy and Cody (no idea if they're still employed at this location)
