* There is an interesting vibe now (well, except for right now thanks to COVID19) betwene experienced long timers, and new arrivals * There is increased activity with customers for sure. Everyone is busy * The CEO is approachable and very engaged. Indeed he often seeks out the engineers to understand more about what is going on * The customers we work with seem to really appreciate our efforts as a supplier, indeed saometimes as a partner/consultant
Cons
* Today the business is strongly focused in Aerospace and Defense. We do need to break into new areas to grow revenue and reduce reliance on one sector * Everyone is stretched thin. The joys and challenges of a small, tightly run company. Small budgets.
