If you want a job, and you get one here, you will get a paycheck? That's about all I can think of. It's a job if you need one.
Cons
No processes, constant turnover and over-hiring. Constant change in processes. HR was a nightmare with no accountability. Basically an overall horrific experience. If you don't work 10+ hour days, you are considered a slacker.

One point of difference is their ability to develop electronics solutions (at an amazingly fast rate) specifically tailored to meet the clients requirements.
From mechanical design, electronics hardware and software, to final assembly, it’s all done in-house. It’s exciting to watch the process from development to deployment in a relatively short space of time.
Cons
Working at Lynx is very fast paced which does come with its challenges. If you are looking for a job to just cruise, then look somewhere else.
