Pros

The employees are extremely talented.

Cons

- If you are a human, management does not care - If you have feelings, management does not care - If you are good at your job, management does not care - If you become friends with your coworkers, management hates that - Management takes advantage of their employees Lynton used to be a great company to work for, but management continuously throws culture out the window every time it starts to build back up. They fire people who recently had flawless annual reviews (with no raises, mind you), saying there wasn't enough work to justify having them around, but then they turn around and start hiring for someone to fill the fired positions. These people were also fired without warning to their direct reports. The CEO consistently takes luxurious vacations where he "connects with himself" and comes back and disrupts the entire company with layoffs or business reorganizations. It's not stable, it doesn't feel secure, and it definitely isn't fair to anyone working there.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand you were most likely affected by a recent round of terminations. First, we want to thank you for your contributions to the agency, and we wish you well on your future career endeavors. The depth at which we care for our team's success can be seen by the very act of our terminations. These were key business decisions taken very seriously. In the best interests of the team as a whole, sometimes it becomes necessary to part ways with an individual. We thank you again for sharing your feedback with us. Best regards.

Pros

Established culture of growth, actual commitment to work life balance, individualized support based on background and circumstance, open communication all the way up the leadership ladder. Transparency about company performance and intentions. Check-ins about your professional goals and a willingness to try to move you into situations that facilitate your growth and goals.

Cons

For me, none yet, but I could see the time zone differences across the company and with clients cause some strain on others as normal working hours might be unconventional depending on where you live, or shift depending on who you work with.

Pros

Nothing meaningful to mention about this company.

Cons

- The organization operates in a constant state of panic and survival, and every decision reflects that instability - Management treats employee input as irrelevant, ignoring real experience and knowledge from the ground - The CEO increasingly makes decisions alone with little to no collaboration, shutting down any meaningful discussion - Employees became afraid to speak openly because even basic concerns could attract negative attention or backlash - Over time, most people stopped giving honest feedback because it was clear it would be dismissed or ignored. - Decisions often feel rushed, poorly thought out, and disconnected from reality, leaving teams to fix the consequences - Workgroups are repeatedly left confused about direction and forced to guess what is actually expected - Morale has steadily fallen as trust in leadership has nearly disappeared - Anyone looking for a respectful, stable, and supportive environment will not find it here.
