I don't recommend applying to the Illinois Lyneer Business Development Manager role. They have let go the pass 4 BDM in a time frame less than 6 months upon hire. They don't honor the salary terms, they are extremely micromanagement because lack of management skills. Another red flag is that upper management openly express that they hate Chicago. Even they will let you go if you are performing as expected or more.
