I worked on a wide variety of projects and gained solid experience. It was a fast paced environment that allows you to learn quickly. Management is fair and accommodating.

Compensation is limited due to the small company/small town. Work load can vary drastically, from very slow to extremely busy. Excessive hours during the busy time.
