Small company where you get to meet everyone. Relaxed office feeling where one can work comfortably. Challenging projects, but rewarding.

Interesting, challenging consulting projects. Opportunity to take on additional responsibility if you are good at what you do and work hard.

In the site development division, the company is at the mercy of the wireless carriers. Sometimes there are lots of site development projects in progress and things are very busy. Other times, there are layoffs because there aren't enough projects to support the current staff.
