      Pros

      I loved my team, the flexibility was great, and amazing TC.

      Cons

      The company wasn't doing well when I joined, with most pointing to poor decision-making among the leadership as the biggest cause. Even though I wasn't a first-hand witness to this, I got the gist from managers that the company had no clear or inspiring direction/objectives.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
