Vision benefits are the best thing about this job, but they are doing away with the yearly free pair of RX glasses, and they also no longer provide you with friends and family coupons around the holidays. The company is getting richer and their benefits are getting crappier and crappier for the employees.
Cons
Management is scatter brained, your breaks fluctuate based on the needs of the business, oh & they will fire you once you return from FMLA for attendance. Save your sanity and find an alternative employer who truly cares about their employees.
