      Large presence in Kraków, many offices around the city. Good Internal Mobility Program Company really cares about people staying Company web pages etc. work really well and are very clear Mandatory trainings are among the best I've seen Training centre offers vast amount of subjects Comfortable offices Dentits included in beneftis

      Cons

      Salaries below the market average Users working for most clients feel very detached from the actual company In some cases relation with client can be master-servant like as opposed to partnership. This is detrimental to the actual service.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
