      Global company, tons of opportunities to develop your skills, global and respective clients, ability to confirm your professional skills internationally. Compensation package is very attractive in comparison with competitors. Internal learning center provides many opportunities for developing professionally

      Cons

      knowledge sharing processes are not robust. Also there are no internal standards in project management, client relations, projects IT infrastructure. That's why all these processes have to be implemented on each project again and again, and all projects are different. Making some company standards can reduce the level of common issues in mentioned fields.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
