Pros

A definite benefit of our location is the plentiful parking and minimal traffic, which contribute to a stress-free commute and a more pleasant work environment

Cons

Currently, the company does not allow remote work from abroad, which limits flexibility and productivity. Additionally, there are discrepancies with the tracking of working hours that need to be addressed to ensure accurate reporting. This has led to a perception that career advancement is not always based on performance and qualifications.
