Workplace politics are unfortunately prevalent. While management's focus on guest relations is understandable, a stronger emphasis on internal leadership and operational efficiency could enhance the overall work environment. My experience at a previous company highlighted the benefits of a highly professional management approach. Currently, there seems to be a tendency for employees to extend their work hours without a corresponding increase in productivity. Specifically, the Kids Club Manager's lack of experience and capability is a significant concern that warrants attention
