Pros
I had great co-workers and bosses and learned a great deal while knowing that I helped a lot of people that needed intervention.
Cons
Was a sub-contractor through Alleghany County. The caseload expectations were not reasonable, along with the data input into their website tracking system. So much time-consuming redundancy in checking little boxes for the bean counters that had nothing to do with the work itself. LSS pay was very low as well, so keeping a full staff never happened, making the workload all the more crushing.
