- Great discount - Some exciting opportunities (if you're a favourite) - exciting products - genuine ethics and ideals that are carried through even small details
Cons
- A lot of favouritism that leads to people fighting for attention and often stepping on other people to get anywhere. People with fewer qualifications or less experience being given opportunities and roles with little more than a 'personality' - Overworked retail team who may contact you once in a blue moon, a genuine state or even area manager would be so beneficial. - entitled staff members, many of which despite many efforts to get rid of, will be given a million and one chances by retail managers despite stricter company policy
