I have never loved a place I worked more. I interned for a summer with LGA, and then also went back and worked some over my breaks, and the people there could not be more fantastic to work with. I feel like I left the internship with so much to talk about, and with people that I genuinely wanted to keep in contact with. I was given more and more responsibility throughout the summer, showing they cared about my growth while I was there.

I have none to report, I loved working there.

i am very proud of the quality of work that we do, and of how far we have come in the advertising world in the 12 years that i have been there. it is a very congenial group and I am proud of how well we come together as a team to do the amount of work that we do. There has only been one round of layoffs in company history and that was two years ago.

As one of the "older crowd," i have been in the business a long time and know what i am doing. There is a dearth of training for the younger ones, and most of them are bewildered and either catch on or leave to go elsewhere. "Sink or swim,"if you will. We are also woefully understaffed and always will be. Being tired is a constant state of affairs.
