      After a year at Luno, I'm still baffled at the Incredible culture, Great performance reviews, caring team and managers, stimulating work, and finally a vision that makes anyone excited!

      Cons

      Very seldomly, engineers that are hired are placed in the wrong level for their contribution ability.
