Very small company as a whole

The people on the operations side are awesome. It's a fun atmosphere and there are a lot of really smart people to work with. People across departments get along well and everybody is very focused on safety and doing things the right way.

The HR team is terrible. They make policies that benefit themselves and don't care at all about the employees. Pay is less than other jobs in the same industry.
