Great place to work - Staff Auditor Lumsden McCormick Employee Review

This Company has a great worklife balance where they offer 36.5 hour work weeks during off peak seasons. They understand you have a life and family outside of the office. They are very friendly and do a lot of firm events like happy hours and lunch/breakfast in the office. Everyone is genuinely happy and enjoys coming into work and busy season is at most 55 hours. Great pay, great people, great culture, and great work life balance! So far it has been a great fit for myself and has benefited my family as well.

Since joining Lumsden, I have been very impressed with and grateful for the firm's commitment to its people and emphasis on quality. All of the team members that I have worked with thus far have been awesome with respect to quality of work and attitude and willingness to work hard and help out the engagement team. The firm also has an amazing commitment to continuing improvement, never-ending learning and growth.
