Work life balance? Some colleagues are friendly, Not too much pros

Be careful with their HR, they're stingy and don't want spend any resourece on their workers. You may not get any bonus or overtime pay because your contract is different with others. BTW, many workers here has connections with the management, and they will not receive unfair treatment. Having an ambiguous relationship with Dahua, and continue to sell their products; new products are of poor quality; leadership is lacking—they only pressure frontline employees to solve problems without ever exploring the root causes.
