2yI understand this person is very frustrated. The same goes for the other person who submitted their feedback within three days of this one. I'm very sorry they feel this way, but at least I'm pretty certain about the root cause. We've recently decided to remove the QA role by elevating our Engineering function, including focusing on QA automation, among other related improvements. Because this change was because of a strategic decision to streamline our operations and not because of a lack of performance by our QA team, we tried to go above and beyond to make this as right as possible. We gave all the QA team members almost six full months to find a different opportunity while working fewer hours during this time to have sufficient time for interviewing and be able to go to these interviews while having the security of being employed for several months more, which makes a candidate look less desperate and be in no rush so they can choose a good option. Some of the QA team members understood, but not all of them, so I'm not surprised to see this feedback (even though submitted under different role names) with no pros and only cons, which doesn't seem fair.
