Pros
Great benefits, great work-life balance, great management. This place is excellent and is open to all those who come in through their door with meaningful input. They value ideas and look forward to creating an excellent work environment.
Cons
While the benefits are great, the pay unfortunately can start low, but if you have the time and patience to wait and can excel above and beyond, you are guaranteed at least a 3% raise yearly.
