First of all the whole interview/ onboarding process was really good. I was always provided quick feedback and got all the information I asked for. Especially in times of wfh this was more imporant than ever.
I am in contact with my colleagues as well as the MD a lot and we do have a great team spirit. There's always someone to help you out and answer questions that you might have. During my first months I was already given a lot of responsibility and trust, hence I am having loads of room to bring in my own ideas. As we are a smaller company there's always the possibility to have broader working tasks which makes it easy to develop and broaden your skillset. Also it can give you great insights in different areas of the company.
