Pros
You get to work closely with brilliant people and use new technology. When we're tested next to competitors for our main products, we're commonly performing the best.
Cons
There is a cultural exclusion in the office, as top management and staff are dominated by native Spanish speakers who engage in exclusionary behavior that we in America are taught is taboo. Being a non-speaker of Spanish will lead you to feel second class in both office socializing and project work. Work is often discussed in Spanish to the disregard of other staff present, which hurts integration and efficiency.
