- great company culture and they hire people with a great attitude - created time for discussions about mental health, work-life balance, women in STEM, etc

- sometimes work would be delegated ineffciently

Overall Lumicell had many opportunities for job growth. Looks like more recently the company is doing very well especially with new senior management. This is very exciting to see.

Messy management with a lot of turn over and transitions and unclear ownerships. While I was able to step in to help, certain decision making was left hidden and that translated to broken product requirements and continued missed deadlines.
