-ability to work from home -some managers are nice
Cons
-if you aren't in a position of power, your opinions don't matter. -would rather let higher ups make things inefficient than challenge them to make it better. -no opportunity for growth. I get consistent A's on my reports and haven't been promoted in over 4 years.
