Pros
Lumere is just a really great place to work for many reasons. 1. The People: Lumere hires incredibly intelligent, motivated, and fun people who really enjoy working together. The company has done an amazing job of hiring. Being around such great colleagues makes it easy to come to work everyday. 2. The Work: Every day brings new, important challenges. Although our work can be complicated and difficult, it is never boring. 3. The Opportunity: We are a fast growing company with real opportunity for personal growth. Employees can really take ownership over substantive work and develop their skills. 4. Management: I have never worked somewhere that management cares so much about its employees. Although there have been times that management has not communicated with staff as well as it could, it certainly did not seem to be for lack of effort or interest in employees' opinions.
Cons
Like many similar companies, Lumere continues to grow and change rapidly. Dealing with that constant change and uncertainty can be difficult.
