Pros

Most of the people I worked with were fun and intelligent. The office headquarters in Scottsdale is a nice facility.

Cons

The flagship product is an outdated commodity whose market share is being destroyed by Microsoft. The products are difficult to install and do not work without multiple troubleshooting sessions. Additional job duties are frequently assigned as Lumension does not often replace people when they leave. After a recent "change in direction", Management recently terminated around 40% of the company. Upper management has created a "Culture of fear".

Pros

The people here are pleasant and a joy to work with. The building is beautiful and has complimentary soda, coffee, catered lunches every other Wednesday and flexible work schedules. The ability to work on new technologies in engineering is refreshing and allows for professional growth. The new CEO(John Ferron) is very open with as much information is legally possible without being just fluff. This is a huge improvement over the previous carryover CEO from NetMotion. The ability to move up is available for those actively seeking it. New benefits are much better with 401K match and better PTO policy.

Cons

A clear vision is actively being constructed for long term growth. Near term future is more clear but that only accounts for the next year. Movement majority of business operation to NetMotion in Seattle has been a tough transition since July 2014 but adjustment is going more smooth lately. New PTO policy is nice but could always be better.
