      Pros

      The only advantage of this company is that for folks staying in Navi Mumbai, it is close to their home.

      Cons

      Bogus company, terminate employee at will, all the previous reviews (good) are written by HR using pseudo accounts. It is a part of their KRA. Don't fall for it. Better to work in a call center than this company. The MD of the company cannot even write an Email in English which is proper and grammatically correct, leave aside speaking !! Lol !!

      Management style lacked clear communication and consistent guidance. Compensation was below industry expectations relative to responsibilities. Some processes and expectations were unclear, leading to unanswered questions. Opportunities to demonstrate skills and take on new challenges were sometimes limited due to decision-making delays.
