      - Learn and apply the knowledge in all aspects of the automobile industry to build a first electric car prototype -Freedom to design and manufacture all parts of a high-end electric car i.e. not confined to one particular part of the car.

      - not much pay/ occasional delay in scheduled payroll periods - Small office -Few people
