      Flexible hours, great general manager, safe environment

      Cons

      Other servers can be difficult to work with, but that’s like that with any job. It’s not very busy.

      Friendly management, meal discounts, 401k, vacation time,

      Cons

      Not super busy outside of holiday season. Not enough marketing done to get people to come. Money is tough from January through October
