      Remote work and a laptop.

      Cons

      No sick days. No bereavement. PTO accrues so slowly that you can barely use it. No culture, team meetings, no advancement or growth. Payroll is late

      Paid next day for small percentage or twice a week free

      Cons

      Hard to pick up shifts in the beginning. You don’t know who your partner up with or where to meet them until you agree to meet at a halfway point.
