Remote Working is availble makes you flexible to work 4. It is a startup so company size is small and only aggressively skilled engineers are hired 5. You can Expect any Pay as skilled you are , Fast Development is encouraged 6. Learning Curve is Nice 7. A tip: use all ai related tools , and web for faster developments as the deadlines are strict

1. Work is Complex so it requires time and effort for a medium level college coder to do 2. Sometime you might end-up working the whole day , while solving complex problem 3. Company does not have any direct employement after internship you need to be exceptionally talented so as to get considered in the eyes of the CTO 4. The team members has different projects to do , so you will not find anyone to explain you all step by step , a small prerequisite is given with a use case and you need to deliver the solutions (understandable because its a startup)
