Pros
It always depends on your team, but so far I have been surrounded by wonderful people that are here to uplift me and make sure I thrive in a friendly and positive work environnement. Competitive salaries and really good perks as well (insurance, gym membership, paid vacations, paid personal mobile days, access to dialogue, to name a few) and the HR team seems proactive.
Cons
It's corporate ; it doesn't have to be a con for you, but if like me you're not a fan of all that comes with working with a relatively big company, you're gonna feel it once in a while. Overall, you can ignore most of it, though.
