      Pros

      Technology has lots of promise and works well Solves for major industry challenge with game discovery Mutually beneficial solution for content creators and game makers alike

      Cons

      CEO/ co-founder is not a gaming veteran (as he claims) and has often displayed symptons of founder's syndrome The current concept was derived from one of his ideas but reality was scoped by indsutry veterans no longer at the company. Had opportunities to really move the needle but CEO didn't close any deals and wouldn't let those who could - close Ludeo would have been a household name by now if it wasn't for his poor leadership and decision making

      - Truly unique product, building something that doesn’t exist anywhere else in the market - Super cool and strong tech - Leadership encourages ownership and product thinking - Transparency - company updates, strategic decisions, and challenges are shared openly across the company - Opportunities to make a real impact from day one - Fun environment and great people

      - Fast pace can be overwhelming at times - not for everyone - Processes are still maturing as the company scales
