Pros
Working on own projects. from inception to completion. Have full authority to manage projects, choose working staff, designate assignments to staff and contracting team. Although small but worked on various types of works from landscaping, architecture, fitout, design and contracting both.
Cons
Not working to capacity since projects are small. with less financial strength did not expand the contracting division to the needed level. mostly working on interior fitout works did not get possibility for bigger projects and architectural projects.
