Pros
- 100% remote - Fantastic people to work with depending on your team - Great work/life balance - Top of the line equipment provided by the company - Unlimited sick PTO, 3 weeks vacation - Pretty awesome insurance - Some in-person events - Every other month there are internal contests and birthday/anniversary shout outs - Yearly bonus and raises
Cons
- Abysmal communication practices, every team has a disconnect to each other without ever improving or trying to implement fixing issues - No room to grow unless you already began on top of the food chain - Family matrix is literally non-existent - Patching hilariously awful where every release would have a handoff within hours of deployment - Unrealistic throwing employees into alligator fueled waters; expecting that teams that get slashed in half overnight to still be able to handle the work load of 2-5 out-of-the-blue laid off colleagues onto 1-2 left over employees - Lends heavily into favoritism regardless of tenure or production
