Long hours during tax season (but that's expected)

Lucida is a fantastic place to work for those looking to jump start their career, find a place to stay long term, or transition their clients to a firm where they will be taken care of. Lucida has a great internal culture, fantastic technology, and and an interesting client base. As far as public accounting goes the hours are very reasonable. They care about your development greatly and will give you opportunities to learn and grow.

There really are not cons to working here. Leaving Lucida was probably the most difficult decision I ever made; and not one I made lightly. I would recommend these guys to both clients and prospective employees.
