Cons
Hiring and Recruiting is a joke. It takes 1-2 months to get back to someone and by that time most of us have already moved to something else. This company is pushing everyone harder daily but we have no staff and no support from the company to fix this. Working more hours isn't the solution and unfortunately most people are getting burnt out due to not having consistent days off or a day off in general and being asked for more and more every week. Also the upper management team is like a cheerleading squad. It's all about the show and looking good, but when it comes to actually executing or being held accountable, it's someone else's fault. We don't need hoorah, we need people, training and results. Employees being asked to work endlessly and then not rewarded when they dedicate so much time to this job. There is little to no work/life balance. Can't get ahold of main departments within Lucid and takes weeks to get back to you, if they ever do.
